We love equipment and always prioritise developing and harnessing the potential of the latest technologies. We have refined our range of data capture methods to meet the needs of any project, while our digital twin, IT34, continues to push the boundaries of what is possible.
LE34 Academy
We believe everyone can improve. Arrogance and aloofness are far removed from who we are. That is why we expect everyone to be willing to develop, regardless of their experience or expertise. LE34 Academy provides the framework for all learning and development at LE34, offering everything from introductory BIM training and drone operation to project management training.
Good employees usually have one thing in common: good managers. That is why we take a focused approach to leadership, motivation and team management, training every manager through LE34 Academy to equip them for their role. This fosters well-being, strong results and effective collaboration.
Collaboration across offices
We all pull in the same direction at LE34, wherever we are based. In the photo on the right, Hanne Stiggaard Kjeldsen from LE34 Aarhus is working in Copenhagen’s North Harbour with Kasper Svendsen from LE34 Aalborg. In the photo below, Kasper is in the field using an automatic post driver. Both are partners and chartered surveyors at LE34.

We love interns
We love getting to know the next generation of chartered land surveyors and mapping and surveying technicians. That is why we make it a priority to accommodate requests for internships and project placements.
